Where are Pelican Spacecases manufactured?
Pelican Spacecases are designed and roto-moulded in Australia by Trimcast (a Pelican company). Unlike imported alternatives, they're engineered specifically for the Australian climate, from the extreme heat of the Red Centre to corrosive coastal environments. Every case is locally made from food-grade, UV-stabilised polyethylene.
What warranty and support comes with each case?
As an Official Pelican Dealer, every Spacecase carries the full 5-year manufacturer's warranty against breakage and defects. We handle warranty support directly. No being passed between distributors. If there's an issue, we resolve it.
Can you fit custom foam inserts to Spacecases?
Yes. We run a precision CNC foam workshop in Bayswater. Send us your equipment or sample and we'll design and cut a custom layout (convoluted, pick-and-pluck, or solid foam) that prevents movement and absorbs shock.
Are Spacecases suitable for air freight and shipping?
Yes. The Modular 550/1100 and 620/1240 series fit standard ISO pallets and cross-stack for stability. They're used by defence, mining, and logistics operations for both domestic and international freight. IP66 sealing protects contents in rough conditions.
