Flight Case vs. Road Case: what's the difference?
It comes down to weight and application. Road cases are heavy-duty timber cases designed for commercial freight and trucking. Lightweight Flight Cases (using Flightpanel®) are designed for personal travel: ideal for planes, cars, trains, and carrying by hand without the heavy weight of timber.
Can you customise the interior for my equipment?
Yes. Using our in-house CNC technology, we cut complex foam inserts that hold each item in your kit precisely. From simple high-density linings to full shadow-cut layouts. Send us your equipment list and we'll cut the interior to match.
How light are they really?
Flightpanel® honeycomb composite is significantly lighter than the plywood used in road cases while staying rigid and impact-resistant. The exact weight depends on size, hardware, and interior, but the whole point of the range is keeping carry weight to a minimum.
