Inter-Stacking Pattern (ISP)
Disc-pattern bottom mates with the wave-pattern lid of the case below, so each case drops and locks into place. The shingled lock eliminates load movement across all 6 case sizes.

Roto-Moulded Strength
Pelican-Hardigg rotational moulding provides 15–20% more material in corners and edges, resulting in superior impact strength exactly where it is needed most.
Sealed Against Dust & Water
Tongue-and-groove seal with silicone sponge O-ring keeps dust and moisture out. Pressure relief valve prevents vacuum lock during altitude changes in airlift transport.

The ISP system is designed to maximise volume on every standard logistics platform: JMIC containers, NATO pallets and 463L master pallets. With the Inter-Stacking Pattern, there is no question where the next case belongs.
JMIC Container
Optimised for the US Military transportation standard. ISP cases stack in two rows to perfectly fill the JMIC's 52" × 44" × 43" internal space, increasing cargo density and protection.
Standard & NATO Pallets
Cross-stacked to form a solid load. Columnar ribs support much taller stacks than corrugated boxes without crushing, utilising overhead cargo space that would otherwise be wasted.
463L Master Pallet
All six sizes mix on a 463L pallet with zero wasted space. The pattern builds a tight, stable load that requires minimal strapping or netting for airlift.
