It has to be in a Pelican-Hardigg ISP case.
Shifting cargo slows operations and threatens the mission. The Pelican-Hardigg ISP system virtually eliminates load movement with a unique Inter-Stacking Pattern.
Every detail reflects 50 years of defence engineering — from columnar ribs that take enormous stacking loads to recessed hardware that hides from damage. Even the pressure-relief valve is smart, releasing excess air and preventing vacuum lock at altitude.
Inter-Stacking Pattern (ISP)
Disc-pattern bottom mates with the wave-pattern lid of the case below — literally falling and locking into place. The shingled lock eliminates load movement across all 6 case sizes.
Optimised for Logistics
Engineered to maximise the volume of standard logistics platforms. Standard pallets, NATO pallets, JMIC containers, and 463L pallets — the ISP system makes the most efficient use of cargo space.
Roto-Moulded Strength
Pelican-Hardigg rotational moulding provides 15–20% more material in corners and edges, resulting in superior impact strength exactly where it is needed most.
Extreme Environmental Protection
Tongue-and-groove seal with silicone sponge O-ring keeps dust and moisture out. Pressure relief valve prevents vacuum lock during altitude changes in airlift transport.
Building the perfect load.
The ISP system is designed to maximise volume on every standard logistics platform — JMIC containers, NATO pallets, and 463L master pallets. With the Inter-Stacking Pattern, there is no question where the next case belongs.

JMIC Container
Optimised for the US Military transportation standard. ISP cases stack in two rows to perfectly fill the JMIC's 52" × 44" × 43" internal space, increasing cargo density and protection.

Standard & NATO Pallets
Cross-stacked to form a solid load. Columnar ribs support much taller stacks than corrugated boxes without crushing, utilising overhead cargo space that would otherwise be wasted.

463L Master Pallet
All six sizes mix on a 463L pallet with zero wasted space. The pattern builds a tight, stable load that requires minimal strapping or netting for airlift.
Read the model number.
Internal dimensions are coded directly into every catalogue number. The pairs after the IS prefix represent internal length, width, base, and lid in inches.
Each pair = internal dimension in inches

Built-in accessories.
Every detail engineered to survive operational use — recessed hardware, smart valves, and lockable hasps come standard.

Edge Casters
Smooth-rolling polyurethane wheels with stainless steel bearings. Standard on select models.

Skid Runners
Built-in forklift risers — standard on IS4521 and IS4537 models.

Lockable Hasp
Stainless steel padlock protectors for added security during transit.

Comfort Grip Handles
Spring-loaded handles that snap flat when not in use. Extra-wide design stands away from the case.

Pressure Relief Valve
Smart valve allows excess air pressure to escape and prevents vacuum lock from altitude change.

Recessed Hardware
All hardware is recessed to hide from impact damage. Metal reinforcements at attachment points.
